  Upload clear photos or a short video demonstrating any technical defects or shipping damage to help our engineering team validate the claim.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the components in their original anti-static bags and protective boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned electronics, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
